We will arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to the event to set-up and acquaint the ponies to their new atmosphere.  Each child will then have the opportunity to ride the pony at least once. If any child/adult has any questions, they are welcome to ask at anytime. It takes approximately 15 minutes to clean and pack up before the ponies exit the premises.

DRESS THE PONIES
Please be sure to ask about dressing the ponies according to the theme of your event.

SAFETY

Safety is our number one concern. Ponies are led by experienced handlers. The ponies are calm ponies who love children. Even though our animals are safe for children, we ask that a release form is signed prior to the ponies entering the premises.

We do not provide helmets for the children due to the spreading of communicable diseases such as lice. However, we recommend children wear their own bicycle helmet.

Do Ponies go to the bathroom?
Ponies do go to the bathroom from time to time. All manure will be picked up and removed before the ponies leave the event area.

RAIN POLICY
We keep in touch prior to the event. If rain is in the forecast, we will contact you the night before to confirm. We will continue with pony rides with ponchos as long as the rain is not heavy, there is no thunder, and there is no lightning. Otherwise, we can reschedule, delay the arrival of the ponies, or you will be refunded your deposit if necessary.
